2022年12月17日，中国民主党英国总部在伦敦市中心的Holiday Inn London会议室召开了年度工作总结大会。
中国民主党英国总部顾问黄华先生主持了本次会议，首先中国民主党英国总部王冠儒主席代表英国党部作年度工作报告，他通过PPT详细、直观的回顾了自2021年11月党部成立以来的组织的各种活动以及为支持在英港人、藏人、维吾尔人等其他人权团体参加的活动，尤其是今年四月在伦敦举办的中港台藏国际会议，达成了《伦敦共识》，充分表达了中国民主党全国联合总部以及英国总部对于和平自由民主宪政的不懈追求及努力。王冠儒主席还对未来2023年的工作做了清晰的总体规划。让与会者对中国民主党英国总部的工作有了充分的了解。
中国民主党全国联合总部汪珉主席和郑存柱副主席分别发言，充分肯定了英国党部的工作，并阐述了白纸革命后民运活动如何应对新形式下新的变化。《欧洲之声》社长及主编潘永忠先生和廖天琪女士也分别做了发言，分析了民运面对的新问题，以及现在有越来越多的留学生已经觉醒，参与到白纸运动中来，需要进一步唤醒民众对抗中共暴政。流亡英国的著名作家马建先生分享了他从八九学运以来追求自由民主的心历路程，用幽默诙谐的语言指出习近平的中国梦是习自己一个人的梦，是要控制所有中国人自由的梦。在英港侨协会创办人郑文杰先生在发言中指出港人和大陆人都有共同的目标就是要结束中共暴政，大家应该团结起来共同协作，不应互相心存芥蒂。中国民主党海外委员会陈忠和主席在发言中强调中共是一个不正常的组织，中共的存在就是对中国人民极大的伤害。
本次会议中汪珉主席和郑存柱副主席给获得中国民主党全国联合总部本年度优秀党员称号的王冠儒、蒋玉山、谌彬、廖柳燕等颁奖并合影留念。
当天下午中国民主党英国总部成员和与会其他民运人士前去中国驻伦敦大使馆抗议，要求中共释放政治犯和良心犯，释放秦永敏、王炳章，抗议人士高呼口号要求：共产党下台，习近平下台。郑存柱副主席和廖天琪女士发别作了控诉中共的发言，中国民主党英国总部成员谌彬和廖柳燕也在大使馆前发言，表达要求自由、民主、结束中共暴政的政治诉求。
晚上，中国民主党英国总部举行晚宴，大家欢聚一堂、共同畅谈未来的规划，藏人行政中央驻英国代表索朗次仁表示：大家团结就是力量，在2023年将继续加强合作和举办一些活动。大家纷纷表示赞同并强调一定会持续加强合作。在圣诞节即将到来之际，大家相互致以节日的问候，中国民主党英国总部也恭祝全球华人圣诞快乐，希望2023年世界更加和平、自由、民主。

Chairman Wang Min and Vice Chairman Zheng Cunzhu of the China Democracy Party National Joint Headquarters delivered speeches respectively, fully affirming the work of the British Party Headquarters, and expounding how the democracy movement should deal with the new changes in the new form after the white paper revolution. Mr. Pan Yongzhong and Ms. Liao Tianqi, the president and editor-in-chief of “Voice of Europe”, also made speeches respectively, analyzing the new problems faced by the democracy movement, and now more and more international students have awakened and participated in the white paper movement. It is necessary to further awaken the people to resist the tyranny of the CCP. Mr. Ma Jian, a well-known writer in exile in the UK, shared his journey of pursuing freedom and democracy since the 1989 Student Movement. He pointed out in humorous words that Xi Jinping’s Chinese dream is Xi’s own dream, which is to control the freedom of all Chinese people. dream. Mr. Zheng Wenjie, the founder of the Hong Kong Overseas Chinese Association in the UK, pointed out in his speech that Hong Kong people and mainlanders have a common goal of ending the tyranny of the CCP. Everyone should unite and work together instead of holding grudges against each other. In his speech, Chairman Chen Zhonghe of China Democracy Party Overseas Committee emphasized that the CCP is an abnormal organization, and the existence of the CCP is a great harm to the Chinese people.
During the meeting, Chairman Wang Min and Vice Chairman Zheng Cunzhu presented awards to Wang Guanru, Jiang Yushan, Chen Bin, Liao Liuyan, etc. who won the title of outstanding party members of the China Democracy Party National Joint Headquarters this year and took a group photo.
In the afternoon, members of the UK headquarters of the China Democracy Party and other pro-democracy activists went to the Chinese embassy in London to protest, demanding that the CCP release political prisoners and prisoners of conscience, Qin Yongmin and Wang Bingzhang. Vice Chairman Zheng Cunzhu and Ms. Liao Tianqi made farewell speeches against the CCP. Chen Bin and Liao Liuyan, members of the UK headquarters of the China Democracy Party, also spoke in front of the embassy, expressing their political demands for freedom, democracy and an end to the tyranny of the CCP.
In the evening, the UK headquarters of the China Democracy Party held a dinner. Everyone gathered together to discuss future plans.
