2023年2月5日是疫情最早八位披露者之一的李文亮医生逝世三周年的日子，纽约、洛杉矶、多伦多、柏林、伦敦、巴黎、悉尼、东京等全球多个城市举行形式多样的纪念活动。
中国民主党英国总部在伦敦的中国大使馆前举行纪念活动，维吾尔人团体和留学生“China Deviants”组织也参与其中，大家共同表达了对李医生的悼念之情：我们永远都会记得李医生。三年前的今天，李文亮医生在人们的悲痛与愤怒中逝世，他的死亡不仅仅是由于新冠病毒的感染，更是极权体制下无数悲剧的缩影。
中国民主党英国总部的党员们手持“李文亮医生三周年祭日”的标语 ，沉痛悼念吹哨人李文亮医生，也是纪念因新冠和极端防疫政策的逝去者，更是表达对中共习近平当局的强烈抗议和愤怒。李文亮医生遗言：“一个健康的社会不应该只有一种声音”，激起中国民众争取言论自由的决心和斗志。三年前的2020年疫情第一年、中国人把矛头直指习近平当局；三年后的2022年疫情第三年、中国人在白纸运动中高喊“习近平下台、共产党下台”。我们需要纪念李文亮医生，捍卫我们的言论自由、捍卫我们的叙事权、思考我们的公民责任，结束中共习近平当局的极权统治。
纪念活动结束之后，党员们在附近开会，讨论了党部今后的工作。

Global joint commemoration of “the third anniversary of the death of Dr. Li Wenliang”
February 5, 2023 is the third anniversary of the death of Dr. Li Wenliang, one of the eight earliest whistleblowers of the epidemic. Various commemorative activities were held in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, Berlin, London, Paris, Sydney, Tokyo and other cities around the world. .
The UK headquarters of the China Democracy Party held a commemorative event in front of the Chinese embassy in London. The Uighur group and the “China Deviants” organization of overseas students also participated. Everyone expressed their condolences to Dr. Li: We will always remember Dr. Li. Three years ago today, Dr. Li Wenliang passed away amidst the grief and anger of the people. His death was not only due to the infection of the new crown virus, but also the epitome of countless tragedies under the totalitarian system.
Members of the China Democracy Party headquarters in the UK held the slogan “Dr. Li Wenliang’s 3rd Anniversary Memorial Day” and mourned the whistleblower Dr. Li Wenliang. They also commemorated the deceased due to the new crown and extreme epidemic prevention policies, and expressed their strong protest and anger against the CCP Xi Jinping authorities. . Dr. Li Wenliang’s last words: “A healthy society should not have only one voice”, aroused the determination and fighting spirit of the Chinese people to fight for freedom of speech. Three years ago, in the first year of the epidemic in 2020, the Chinese pointed the finger at Xi Jinping’s authorities; three years later, in the third year of the epidemic in 2022, the Chinese shouted “Xi Jinping step down, the Communist Party step down” in the white paper movement. We need to commemorate Dr. Li Wenliang, defend our freedom of speech, defend our right to narrative, think about our civic responsibilities, and end the totalitarian rule of the CCP Xi Jinping regime.
After the commemorative event, the party members met nearby to discuss the future work of the party headquarters.
