2026年4月5日，中国民主党欧洲总部法国分部在法国巴黎正式成立。
中国民主党欧洲总部筹委会秘书长黄华、副主席姜福祯、刘伟民出席成立会议。旅居法国的党员刁旦白、艾时诚、刁宝宝参加会议。
会议宣布任命刁旦白为法国分部召集人。黄华将专程从英国带来的欧洲总部横幅旗授予刁旦白，并表示希望在未来的各项活动中能够看到这面旗帜。三位党员在会上向总部作出了庄严承诺。
会议期间，黄华向与会人员介绍了法国分部的三位党员。姜福祯、刘伟民分别发言，对法国分部的成立表示祝贺，并寄予殷切期望。会议还就今后在欧洲各国进一步发展组织的工作进行了讨论。
会后，姜福祯与刘伟民对三位党员在生活方面给予了关心与帮助。
会议呼吁：凡生活在欧洲及世界各地的中国公民，凡关心中国未来命运、认同自由、民主与人权价值的人士，不论出身、信仰与背景，只要认同1998年6月25日中国民主党成立宣言的宗旨与纲领，均可加入中国民主党欧洲总部，共同为建设自由中国而努力。

Brief News: China Democracy Party European Headquarters France Branch Officially Established
On 5 April 2026, the France Branch of the China Democracy Party European Headquarters was formally established in Paris, France.
Huang Hua, Secretary-General of the Preparatory Committee of the China Democracy Party European Headquarters, together with Vice-Chairs Jiang Fuzhen and Liu Weimin, attended the founding meeting. Party members residing in France, Diao Danbai, Ai Shicheng and Diao Baobao, also took part in the meeting.
The meeting announced the appointment of Diao Danbai as the convener of the France Branch. Huang Hua presented Diao Danbai with the European Headquarters banner, which he had brought specially from the UK, and expressed the hope that this flag would be seen at future activities. At the meeting, the three party members made a solemn commitment to the Headquarters.
During the meeting, Huang Hua introduced the three party members of the France Branch to those present. Jiang Fuzhen and Liu Weimin each delivered remarks congratulating the establishment of the France Branch and expressing their sincere hopes for its future development. The meeting also discussed further work on expanding the organisation in other European countries.
After the meeting, Jiang Fuzhen and Liu Weimin showed care and offered practical support to the three party members in their daily lives.
The meeting called on all Chinese citizens living in Europe and around the world, and all those who care about China’s future and who uphold the values of freedom, democracy and human rights, regardless of background, belief or personal history, to join the China Democracy Party European Headquarters, so long as they identify with the purpose and programme set out in the China Democracy Party’s founding declaration of 25 June 1998, and to work together for the building of a free China.
