2023年3月18日下午，由港人团体发起，中国民主党英国总部和藏人团体等其他人权团体共同参与的在伦敦Montgomery Statue广场（唐宁街对面）举行了一次集会。声援现正在囚及受审的香港及大陆政治犯，呼吁国际社会推动释放他们。

在今天的集会上,港人团体代表发表了讲话，强烈谴责中国政府对政治犯的迫害和侵犯人权的行为。他们呼吁中国政府尊重言论自由和人权，并释放所有被关押的政治犯，取消港版“国安法”这一恶法。集会现场参与者高呼“释放政治犯”等口号，要求中国政府尽快释放所有被关押的政治犯，并呼吁国际社会关注中国政府的人权状况。中国民主党英国总部的党员们高举：“FREE ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS”标语和其他支持香港抗争及呼吁中国政府释放所有政治犯的标语。从武汉疫情中被消失的方斌到“白纸运动”中被关押的年轻大学生们，中国监狱中的政治犯不计其数。集会也吸引了许多关注中国人权的人士前来参与，中国政府对言论自由和民主权利的压制越来越严重，包括维权律师、异见人士和宗教信仰者在内的许多人正在遭受不公正的逮捕和监禁，参加集会的人士一致表示中国政府必须停止对这些人士的迫害和骚扰。

Rally in Support of Political Prisoners

On the afternoon of March 18, 2023, a rally was held at Montgomery Statue Square in London (opposite Downing Street), initiated by a Hong Kong group and jointly participated by the UK Headquarters of China Democratic Party, Tibetan groups, and other human rights organizations. The rally aimed to show support for the currently imprisoned and under trial political prisoners in Hong Kong and mainland China, and to call on the international community to advocate for their release.

At today’s gathering, representatives of the Hong Kong group delivered speeches, strongly condemning the Chinese government’s persecution of political prisoners and violations of human rights. They called on the Chinese government to respect freedom of speech and human rights, and to release all incarcerated political prisoners, as well as repeal the oppressive Hong Kong version of the “National Security Law.” The participants at the rally chanted slogans such as “Free the political prisoners,” demanding the prompt release of all detained political prisoners, and urged the international community to pay attention to the human rights situation in China. Members of the UK headquarters of the Chinese Democratic Party raised banners saying “FREE ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS” and other slogans in support of the Hong Kong protests and the release of all political prisoners. From Fang Bin, who disappeared during the Wuhan pandemic, to the young students detained during the “Blank Paper Movement,” countless political prisoners remain in Chinese prisons. The rally also attracted many individuals concerned about human rights in China. The suppression of freedom of speech and democratic rights by the Chinese government is becoming increasingly severe, with many human rights lawyers, dissidents, and religious believers experiencing unjust arrests and imprisonment. Participants at the rally unanimously expressed that the Chinese government must cease the persecution and harassment of these individuals.

The organizers of the rally stated that this event was held to raise awareness about the human rights situation in China and to encourage international pressure on the Chinese government to improve its human rights record. As the Chinese government’s crackdown on dissidents intensifies, the international community is paying greater attention to China’s human rights situation. This rally serves as a proactive action by Hong Kong groups, the UK Headquarters of China Democratic Party, and other organizations to push for improvements in human rights by the Chinese government.

今天是2023年3月10日，旅居在英国的数百名藏人和港人，维吾尔人、南蒙古人、以及中国民主党英国总部的部分党员聚集在伦敦中国驻英国大使馆门前举行了声势浩大的游行示威活动，以此纪念西藏人民于1959年3月10日在拉萨发起抗暴起义遭中共武力镇压的64周年日子。在场抗议者手持和身披“雪山狮子旗”，高举着自由的标语，高呼口号，呼吁国际社会关注西藏的人权状况。他们从唐宁街游行至中国驻英国伦敦大使馆进行示威，当他们走过伦敦市中心主要的摄政街，吸引了很多路人的注意，许多人纷纷呼喊和打手势，表示支持藏人的自由和民主事业。

每年的3月10日被称为“西藏抗暴日”，是世界各地藏人今年3月10日的意义更加特殊，是西藏抗暴64周年，同时，六四也象征着天安门大屠杀事件。参加此次活动的无论是大陆人、还是港人、藏人、维吾尔人和南蒙古人都是生活在中共的暴政统治之下的受害者。大家都在为共同的目标：自由和民主而奋斗。

中国民主党英国总部的党员们手持“FREE TIBET”和其他支持藏人的标语，表达对藏人诉求的支持和对自由民主的热爱，希望国际社会关注整个中国社会日趋恶化的人权状况。中国民主党英国总部自成立以来一直都与藏人有着良好的合作和互动，大家相互支持与配合，在遵循“普世价值观”的基础上，为实现 “民族自决权”和自由、民主的目标而共同努力。

The 64th Anniversary of the Tibetan Uprising Day

March 10th, 2023 marks the 64th anniversary of the Tibetan uprising against Chinese Communist Party (CCP) rule, and hundreds of Tibetans, Hong Kongers, Uyghurs, Southern Mongolians, and some members of the Chinese Democratic Party UK gathered outside the Chinese embassy in London, UK to hold a massive demonstration and march in commemoration. Protesters held and wore the “Snow Lion Flag” and carried slogans promoting freedom, calling on the international community to pay attention to the human rights situation in Tibet. They marched from Downing Street to the Chinese embassy in London, passing through the main Regent Street in central London, attracting the attention of many passersby who expressed their support for Tibetan freedom and democracy through shouting and gesturing.

March 10th is known as “Tibetan Uprising Day” around the world, and this year is particularly special as it marks the 64th anniversary of the Tibetan uprising against CCP rule. Additionally, June 4th marks the anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre. Participants in the demonstration, whether they were from mainland China, Hong Kong, Tibet, Uyghurs, or Southern Mongolians, were all victims living under the CCP’s authoritarian rule. They were united in their struggle for the common goal of freedom and democracy.

Members of the Chinese Democratic Party UK held slogans supporting Tibetans, such as “FREE TIBET,” and expressed their support for Tibetan demands and their love of freedom and democracy. They hope that the international community will pay attention to the deteriorating human rights situation in China and work towards achieving the goals of “national self-determination” and freedom and democracy, based on universal values.

The Tibet issue has always been a focus of international attention, and this commemorative event aims to remind the international community to continue paying attention to the situation in Tibet. Tibetans and their supporters demonstrated their determination and courage and expressed their desire for freedom and democracy. They hope that the international community will pay attention to the human rights situation in Tibet and take more active measures to support Tibetan freedom and democracy, and urge the Chinese government to respect the basic human rights and freedoms of the Tibetan people.

中共在“两会”前动作频频，香港明报日前披露，中国公安部与国安部将在机构改革方案中脱离国务院系统，而转为隶属于一个新成立的“内委会”，该机构权力巨大，其行归属将直接置于习近平领导的中共中央之下。修改刑事诉讼法，赋予军队战时处置特权，其实就是军队可以随时全面接管公检法及修改法律，全国各地的国防动员委员会也如雨后春笋般的建立起来。人们不禁要问：作为独裁者的习近平究竟要把中国带向何方？

习近平对内不断集权、同时玩残经济，外资纷纷撤离、外贸额直线下降。习在2012年成为中共最高统治者后，逐渐暴露其独裁者真实面目。许多人认为习近平：傻、蠢、蛮横，但不可否认他在统治权术方面中共党内无人能及，他工于心计，善于攫取和控制权力，细心的观察者会发现习上台后一系列改革的脉络清晰，就是不断把权力集中在他个人身上，打造“党在国上、人在党上”的斯大林式集权模式，这比毛泽东式的集权更加凶残可怕。习在中共“十九大”后建立“监察委员会”，其主要目的就是控制官员，即“治官”，要求官员都要忠诚于他。习在中共“二十大”后，准备建立类似于前苏联的“内委会”，其主要目的就是控制民众，即“治民”。对于普通人来说，这更值得关注，因为这是要控制每一个人，这种类似于明朝东厂和锦衣卫的组织进一步加强和深化了中共本来就有的各种监控手段和方式，在习治下的中国每一个人都不安全包括习本人，越不安全就越集权、越集权就越独裁、越独裁就进入越残酷镇压和残酷统治的恶性循环，恐怖政治只会给人民带来更多的禁锢和管制，危害社会、危害人民。

习近平对外胁迫扩张、“一带一路”成为烂尾工程、“大撒币”随着经济的衰败而难以为继，战狼外交让世界认清中共的真实面目，以至于美国将中国人民与中国共产党主动区分开来，俄乌战争中共站在世界正义与和平力量的对立面，从未谴责过俄罗斯的侵略行径，中国与文明世界越来越遥远。甚至有人评价：习近平对中共外交部的要求似乎不是对外达成多少协议，而是吵赢多少架。

静心细思：习近平的中共当局最在乎的是自己的统治地位的稳固，对内对外的任何政策都是围绕这一目标进行。人民是为党和领袖服务的，而不是反过来。看着习近平把中国一步一步重新拉回闭关锁国时代，仿佛“西朝鲜”就在眼前。韩国和朝鲜这两个国家是一个民族，只因国家制度不同，人民的命运和生存状态根本不同。未来的中国会是怎样，不禁让人唏嘘不已，只有结束中国共产党在中国的统治，走“民主宪政”之路中国才会有希望。

Where is Xi Jinping taking China?

Before the “Two Sessions” meeting of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Chinese Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of State Security were reported by Hong Kong’s Ming Pao newspaper to be leaving the State Council system and being transferred to a new “internal commission” directly under the leadership of Xi Jinping’s CCP Central Committee. This new commission would have enormous power and would be directly responsible to Xi. Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Law would grant the military wartime privileges to take control of public security, the procuratorate, the court system, and the ability to modify laws, while the establishment of national defense mobilization committees has proliferated throughout the country. People cannot help but wonder: as a dictator, where is Xi Jinping taking China?

Xi Jinping continues to centralize power domestically while severely damaging the economy, causing foreign investors to withdraw and foreign trade to plummet. Since becoming the highest leader of the CCP in 2012, Xi has gradually revealed his true face as a dictator. Many people believe that Xi Jinping is foolish, stupid, and arrogant, but there is no denying that he is unrivaled within the CCP when it comes to the art of wielding power. He is skilled at seizing and controlling power, and careful observers will notice a clear pattern of reforms that has been put in place since Xi took office: constantly centralizing power in his own person, and building a Stalinist model of centralized power that is even more brutal and terrifying than Mao’s. After the 19th National Congress of the CCP, Xi established the “Supervisory Committee,” the main purpose of which is to control officials, i.e., “governing officials,” and requires officials to be loyal to him. After the 20th National Congress of the CCP, Xi is preparing to establish a “new internal commission” similar to the Soviet Union’s, the main purpose of which is to control the people, i.e., “governing the people.” This is even more concerning for ordinary people, as it means controlling every individual, further strengthening and deepening the various monitoring methods and means that the CCP already has. Under Xi’s rule, every individual in China is at risk, including Xi himself. The more insecure people feel, the more centralized the power becomes, and the more dictatorial it becomes, entering a vicious cycle of increasingly brutal repression and rule. Terrorist politics will only bring more restrictions and control to the people, harming society and the people.

Xi Jinping’s external policies involve coercion and expansion, with the “Belt and Road Initiative” becoming a failed project and “printing money” becoming unsustainable with the economic decline. Wolf warrior diplomacy has exposed the true face of the CCP to the world, to the point that the United States has actively distinguished between the Chinese people and the CCP, and the CCP stood on the opposite side of the world’s just and peaceful forces in the Russian-Ukrainian war, never condemning Russia’s aggression. China and the civilized world are becoming increasingly distant. Some even evaluate it as follows: Xi Jinping’s demands on the CCP’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs seem to be not how many agreements are reached, but how many fights are won.

Quiet contemplation: What the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) under Xi Jinping cares most about is the stability of their own rule, and any domestic or foreign policy is pursued with this goal in mind. The people exist to serve the Party and its leaders, not the other way around. Watching Xi Jinping steadily lead China back to the era of isolation and closure, it seems as if “West Korea” is right in front of us. South and North Korea are one nation, but their people’s destinies and living conditions are fundamentally different due to different political systems. It is difficult not to sigh with emotion when considering what the future holds for China, and only by ending the CCP’s rule in China and following the path of “democratic constitutionalism” can there be hope for China’s future.

中国民主党英国总部部分成员全程参与乌克兰人的集会游行示威活动，表达中国民主党英国总部对乌克兰的坚定支持；同时也向世界传达中国人民不等于中国共产党。中国政府通过网络防火墙技术封锁网络、严格控制媒体，并通过中共的官媒不断传递、释放假讯息，使中国人民无法得知这场战争的真相，误导中国人民对这场战争的认知。中国政府态度暧昧，从未谴责过俄罗斯的侵略行径，变相的不断支持俄罗斯，公然与极少数极权国家站在世界正义、和平力量的对立面。

在这个纪念反抗俄罗斯侵略一周年的时刻，让我们向那些在这场战争中牺牲的人民表示敬意，并呼吁全球团结一致，坚定支持乌克兰，共同努力维护世界和平与安全。

Support Ukraine —- On the one-year anniversary of the Russo-Ukrainian War

On February 24th, 2023, marked the one-year anniversary of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. Last year, Russia launched an aggressive war against Ukraine, causing global outrage. The people of Ukraine bravely resisted with the support and assistance of the world’s just forces, and in the visible future, Ukraine will surely achieve ultimate victory.

On the afternoon of February 24th, Ukrainian residents in London rallied and marched to the Russian embassy in protest to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Russian aggression. This event expressed the Ukrainian people’s dissatisfaction and anger towards Russia and sent a strong message to the world that the Ukrainian people will not succumb to any form of oppression and threats. This war not only caused great suffering for the people of Ukraine but also posed a huge threat to global security and stability. During the rally and march, Ukrainian people shouted slogans, waved their national flags, expressing their dissatisfaction and anger. They demanded that Russia recognize Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, stop its aggression against Ukraine, and that all countries worldwide support Ukraine’s just cause. They also paid tribute to those who sacrificed their lives in resisting Russian aggression and expressed their support to the Ukrainian government and military.

Members of the UK Headquarters of China Democracy Party participated in the Ukrainian people’s rally and march, expressing the UK Headquarters of China Democracy Party’s steadfast support for Ukraine. At the same time, it conveyed to the world that the Chinese people are not equal to the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese government uses network firewall technology to block the internet, strictly control the media, and constantly transmit and release false information through CCP’s official media, which misleads the Chinese people’s understanding of this war. The Chinese government has an ambiguous attitude and has never condemned Russia’s aggressive behavior, which implicitly supports Russia, openly opposing the world’s just, peaceful forces with a few authoritarian countries.

At this moment of commemorating the one-year anniversary of resisting Russian aggression, let us pay tribute to those who sacrificed their lives in this war and call on the world to unite firmly in supporting Ukraine and jointly safeguard world peace and security.
